Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary strategic partner with the sales team on high‑value accounts, manage relationships, drive retention and identify growth opportunities.

You will provide insurance coverage analysis, help with proposals, market commentary, risk insights, and coordinate with Client Relations while upholding MMA’s values of accountability, excellence and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial account experience in insurance or risk management.
• Strong client service mindset with the ability to partner with sales teams.
• CPCU or CIC designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and accounts with high service levels.
• Coordinate insurance proposals, stewardship reports and market commentary.
• Provide coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with colleagues.
• Ensure quality service and adherence to policies and workflows.
