Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Client Manager in the Transportation insurance space to cultivate high-level client relationships and drive strategic risk solutions. You will partner with sales, manage a portfolio of trucking and transportation clients, and lead program management to support retention and growth.

The role emphasizes underwriting-ready submissions, data-driven analysis, and effective collaboration with a sales/service team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management/client service experience with a strong focus on trucking and transportation risks.
• Active P&C license; STAR and TRIP designations are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and Transportation accounts with high-level service and responsiveness.
• Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics/benchmarking, market commentary and other deliverables.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for improved or additional coverage.
