Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Transportation-focused Business Insurance team seeks a Senior Client Manager to be a strategic partner to the sales team, manage high-level client relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities for trucking accounts.

You will coordinate proposals and analytics, support renewals in a competitive market, keep records in the agency system, and collaborate to upsell and cross-sell while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial insurance account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building and client-service skills.
• Active P&C license; STAR/TRIP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transportation client relationships and accounts with high service expectations.
• Coordinate and produce proposals, stewardship reports, analytics, and market commentary for submissions.
• Provide insurance coverage analysis and recommendations for enhanced coverage.
• Support renewals in a competitive trucking market, managing pricing and program structures.
• Maintain accurate client data in the agency management system.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with the sales/service team.
