Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Vice President of Transformation and Shared Services to guide enterprise priorities and turn strategy into executable plans. The role partners with the COO to drive cross‑functional transformation, automate processes, and enhance service quality, compliance, and productivity.

The successful candidate will lead shared services optimization across functions, deliver measurable business outcomes, and strengthen executive visibility through dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, business transformation, or enterprise program management.
• Experience as a VP of Operations or senior operations executive in a B2B services organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to prioritize enterprise initiatives and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Lead shared services optimization and oversee functional improvements in service delivery.
• Redesign and automate processes while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Embed continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Own strategic initiatives from planning through execution and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams in new client implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen executive visibility through performance dashboards and KPIs.
