Job summary

SPS is seeking a Vice President, Transformation and Shared Services Optimization to partner with the COO across SPS North America. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years in operations leadership, transformation, or enterprise program management.
• Experience as VP of Operations or senior operations executive in B2B services preferred.
• Proven cross-functional transformation and operating model redesign leadership.
• Strong planning, governance, risk, and change management skills.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods; PMP is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen and executive-level communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation and Shared Services optimization with measurable outcomes.
• Redesign and automate processes while preserving quality and client experience.
• Own strategic initiatives from planning through Benefits realization.
• Guide cross-functional client implementations, transitions, and initiatives.
• Provide executive-level dashboarding, KPIs, and performance reviews linked to value.
