Job summary

SPS is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Transformation and Shared Services Optimization to partner with the COO in North America. The role focuses on transforming enterprise operations, optimizing shared services, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity and client value through strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

The role may lead client implementations and critical initiatives, driving automation, dashboards, and executive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and senior leaders to prioritize enterprise initiatives and translate strategy into plans, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Shared Services optimization, redesign operating models, and drive service delivery improvements.
• Embed continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and executive dashboards to track KPIs and value realization.
• Own strategic initiatives from planning through execution, risk management, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Represent SPS in client discussions and cross-functional initiatives requiring executive leadership.
