Job summary

SPS is seeking a Vice President of Transformation and Shared Services Optimization to partner with the COO in leading enterprise transformation across SPS North America. The role focuses on translating priorities into measurable productivity and cost improvements, while guiding executive-level engagements and client-facing implementations.

This leadership position involves redesigning operating models, implementing automation, and driving strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and senior leaders to prioritize enterprise initiatives and translate strategy into plans with ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Shared Services optimization and operating model redesign with resource alignment and service delivery improvements.
• Redesign, simplify, standardize, consolidate, or automate processes while protecting quality and client experience.
• Embed continuous improvement and root-cause analysis to deliver productivity, cost, and resource-efficiency gains.
• Own strategic initiatives from prioritization to execution, risk management, adoption, and benefits realization.
