Job summary

SPS is seeking a Vice President, Transformation and Shared Services Optimization to partner with the COO in leading business transformation, Shared Services optimization, and scalable operating models across SPS North America.

The role focuses on translating priorities into measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and client value, with hands-on execution and potential client-facing engagements for new business implementations and transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with COO and senior leaders to prioritize enterprise initiatives and translate strategy into plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead Shared Services optimization and operating model redesign for improved service delivery.
• Embed continuous improvement with root-cause analysis to deliver productivity, cost, and resource-efficiency gains.
• Own strategic initiatives from planning through execution, risk management, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of new client implementations, transitions, and transformation initiatives.
• Represent SPS in client discussions involving implementations and strategic reviews.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reviews tying operational results to client experience and strategic priorities.
