Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience, including management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation strategy aligned with the Tennessee Judicial Branch.
• Oversee PMO and governance for program management across the Branch.
• Drive change management and adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with procurement, budget, audit, accessibility, and public-records requirements.
• Collaborate with court leadership and executive partners to set enterprise priorities.
