Target is seeking a Director of Marketing Transformation to lead the integration and governance of strategic initiatives across technology, workflows and people. You will align transformation priorities, manage dependencies across workstreams, and drive value realization.

This hybrid role requires strong cross-functional leadership, executive communication, and experience guiding large-scale programs. You will partner with Product, Technology and external consultants to deliver measurable

• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional transformations.
• Ability to integrate technology, processes and people/change initiatives into a cohesive plan.
• Strong strategic program leadership across roadmap development, sequencing, governance and risk management.
• Experience establishing executive governance enabling senior cross-functional decisions.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence across leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the integrated Marketing Transformation roadmap and governance across technology, workflows and people.
• Drive accountability and value realization with measurable milestones and outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies, milestones and risk management.
• Oversee change management and adoption to ensure sustained transformation.
• Lead external consulting partnerships and transfer capabilities for ongoing execution.
• Build and lead a Transformation Office to enable cross-functional alignment.
