Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, management consulting, strategy, operations, program management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in financial services or related industry.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
• Strong understanding of financial services business models, environments, and risk management.
• Exceptional project and program leadership across multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities including financial modeling.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business transformation roadmap aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning operations, technology, finance, risk, compliance, and client experience.
• Partner with senior executives to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
• Assess current-state processes and design future-state solutions.
• Establish transformation governance with priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics.
• Lead programs from business case through implementation and benefits realization.
• Leverage automation, data, AI, and emerging tech to improve performance.
• Develop business cases and data-driven recommendations for change.
• Establish KPIs to measure financial and operational impact.
• Collaborate with tech and business teams to ensure practical, scalable solutions.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications.
