Job summary

• Lead project, portfolio, and team delivery across transformation lifecycle.
• Coach and develop cross-functional staff and recruit top talent.
• Set clear direction and accountability within the transformation program.
• Develop and refine transformation methodologies, tools, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with health system leaders to align transformation with strategic priorities.
• Engage stakeholders to secure funding and ensure successful execution.
