What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of project management, strategy, transformation, or consulting experience.
• Background within financial services, wealth management, banking, or a related industry preferred.
• Experience at a leading management consulting firm is highly valued.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success turning strategy into execution and delivering measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
