Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Director, Digital Consulting – Transformation to lead senior-level client engagements and drive enterprise transformation programs across multiple domains. You will own executive relationships, shape strategy, and oversee delivery quality for a portfolio of strategic accounts.

The role demands deep experience in transformation strategy, operating models, and complex mobilization, with accountability for measurable outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred
• Proven track record leading executive pursuits and delivering technology transformations
• Experience managing large-scale programs with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Own account growth, executive relationships, and delivery quality for strategic accounts
• Build and maintain a comprehensive account view including stakeholder maps and whitespace opportunities
• Convert engagements into multi-domain transformation programs
• Lead Digital Account strategy and ensure alignment with business outcomes
• Orchestrate cross-domain teams to execute one integrated account strategy
• Maintain governance, risk, and value realization across complex engagements
• Provide leadership to develop consulting teams and mature delivery practices
