Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of consulting experience or equivalent leading large-scale transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance preferred; MBA or advanced accounting degree a plus.
• Proven track record in transformation initiatives across revenue, cost, and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead with revenue model optimization, driving growth and profitability.
• Improve product and service delivery models to increase efficiency and client impact.
• Drive cost reduction and G&A operating model optimization across functions.
• Oversee transformation management and value capture to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Engage executive stakeholders and translate complex problems into actionable plans.
