Job summary

Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Senior Director of Transformation and Planning to lead strategic programs and the annual operating plan. Qualifications

• Typically requires 15-20 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 10+ years with a Master's degree; or 8+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience working as a Strategy Leader/Executive in a large enterprise environment
• Proficiency leading and managing multiple workstreams, project teams and informal teams
• Outstanding problem solving, structuring, analytical, and mentorship skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive/C-level stakeholders; ability to influence
• Ability to effectively work at all levels of the organization to drive results/change; flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges
• Self-direction and motivation with the ability to operate independently; comfort with ambiguity
