Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive key strategic initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects on transformation, operational improvement, growth, and org effectiveness.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and exec presentations to support decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and guide change management and adoption efforts.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, while creating practical solutions to move initiatives forward.
• Track success through measurable business outcomes and long-term sustainability.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership with structured problem solving and strategic thinking.
