Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in strategy consulting at a leading firm.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA valuable but not required.
• Experience leading workstreams through diagnosis, planning, implementation, and value realization.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills with ability to translate analysis into action.
