• Experience leading workstreams with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills; KPI design and business-case development.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and shape targets with business leaders to agree on targets, scope and ownership.
• Build execution plans with milestones, KPIs, resources, risks, decisions, and adoption requirements.
• Drive results through implementation, adoption, and measured impact across outcomes.
• Apply 80/20 thinking to identify critical actions; launch pilots and capture quick wins.
• Coordinate resources and connect initiatives across Crowe; manage interdependencies.
