Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in strategy consulting at a leading firm.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA is valuable but not required; experience in professional services or related fields is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, shape targets, and define ownership with leaders.
• Create practical execution plans with milestones, KPIs, and risks.
• Drive results through implementation, adoption, and measured impact.
• Apply 80/20 thinking to pilot actions and quick wins.
• Coordinate with initiative leaders and cross-functional teams across Crowe.
