Qualifications

• 5+ years professional experience, including 3+ years in strategy consulting at a leading firm.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities with business leaders to set targets and ownership.
• Create execution plans with milestones, KPIs, dependencies, risks, and adoption needs.
• Drive results through implementation with momentum, adoption, and measurable impact.
• Launch pilots, capture quick wins, learn from early results, scale successful approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external resources to deliver value.
