Job summary

Ernst & Young U.S. LLP in Boca Raton, FL seeks a Consultant - Business Consulting - Transformation Architecture & Delivery to lead transformation programs and design operating models.

You will advise leadership, build governance structures, and guide multi-disciplinary teams. The role requires extensive client exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering value through maturity assessments and governance design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of progressive work experience; or Master's degree with 4 years of related experience.
• 4 years leading transformation programs/PMO/EPMO/portfolio design with multiple focus areas.
• 3+ years of external client-facing consulting experience in business or technology consulting.
• 2+ years external consulting in the commercial sector and 1 year in engagement financial planning/management.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in delivering transformations by aligning strategy with execution across industries.
• Lead teams, monitor progress and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Drive business development, proposals, and client presentations.
• Travel up to 80% (20% international) to serve client needs.
