Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, analysis, or organizational change management.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional projects with leadership
• Experience creating process documentation and operating procedures
• Strong skills in BPM, mapping, and workflow design

Responsibilities

• Lead current and future-state process assessments across units to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support implementation and measurement.
• Facilitate process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation to standardize procedures.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and develop practical recommendations for productivity and service delivery.
• Coordinate with executives to prioritize initiatives and align with strategic goals.
• Design and implement enterprise change management frameworks and adoption strategies.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, RACI matrices, and governance models.
• Lead cross-functional projects from discovery to implementation and tracking.
• Coordinate training and readiness activities for organizational and technology changes.
• Monitor post-implementation results and drive ongoing improvements.
