Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
• 1–3 years in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting focusing on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, or investments.
• Strong communication and project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior executives with complex strategic projects including M&A, joint ventures, and divestitures.
• Build sophisticated financial models using DCF, comps, and build-versus-buy analyses.
• Draft executive memoranda, presentations, and strategic materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
