Job summary

JLL in Chicago, IL is seeking a Financial & Strategic Analyst to support a major client portfolio with in-office presence required. You will lead analytical support for lease transactions and drive strategic initiatives for C-suite stakeholders, reporting directly to the Hiring Manager.

You will translate complex inputs into executive narratives, build integrated financial models, and deliver executive-ready materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 1–3+ years of financial analysis, strategic planning, or CRE experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic PowerPoint presentations for C-suite audiences.
• Lead program management for ongoing strategic initiatives with timelines and milestones.
• Perform advanced financial analysis including NPV, cash flow and lease-rate optimization.
• Develop and execute financial modeling for scenario planning and strategic plans.
• Create executive-ready materials and dashboards for leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs into cohesive strategic recommendations.
