Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Three years of training development experience in a progressive training or teaching role.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DMV business units to evaluate training needs and design solutions.
• Consult with subject-matter experts, managers, and stakeholders to establish learning objectives.
• Develop, revise, and maintain instructor-led and online courses and resources.
• Facilitate training for small and large groups at multiple North Carolina locations.
