The North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking a Learning & Leadership Development Director to lead leadership development across the department and manage the Pathways program. You will partner with executive leadership to embed development strategies and oversee curriculum, assessment, and annual cycles.

You will supervise multiple roles and lead statewide training initiatives from Wake County, with one telework day per week after an initial period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of program experience, including two years of managerial experience in operations.
• Public- or private-sector leadership experience in large organizations.
• Experience with leadership assessment (360°) and development planning.
• Ability to manage a multi-level leadership development program and curriculum refresh.
• Experience presenting to executive and senior-leader audiences.

Responsabilités

• Direct Learning Operations and the Pathways leadership program, across five leadership levels.
• Supervise four positions and lead a team of ~9 employees.
• Advise executive leadership on leadership development and partner with divisions to embed Pathways department-wide.
• Establish measures and standards for program reach, quality and impact.
