North Carolina Department of Transportation seeks a Staff Development Specialist II to design, develop, and evaluate training programs for the DMV. You will consult with subject‑matter experts, managers, and stakeholders to establish learning objectives and coordinate content review and approval.

You will create and update instructor‑led courses, videos, manuals, and quick references, and facilitate training for groups across North Carolina with attention to timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of training development experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience assessing organizational and programmatic training needs.
• Experience creating and presenting written and oral presentations to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to multi‑task with competing deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and evaluate instructor‑led in‑person and online courses.
• Coordinate content review and approval with subject‑matter experts and managers.
• Facilitate training for groups at locations throughout North Carolina.
