You will oversee needs assessments, develop materials, and coordinate instructional delivery across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with statewide training goals.

Responsibilities include managing LMS-based attendance and compliance data, producing progress reports, and supporting leadership with coaching and organizational development

• Experience developing and delivering training programs.

• Experience using LMS to track attendance and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-person training and facilitate webinars for regional locations.
• Ensure classrooms, technology, materials, and handouts are prepared for sessions.
• Create course schedules within LMS to track attendance and compliance across facilities.
• Identify completion gaps, run reports, and communicate results to regional teams and leadership.
• Provide facilitation, coaching, and organizational development activities for groups/individuals.
