Job summary

Acacia Network is seeking a Corporate Training Coordinator in Bronx, NY to design, coordinate, and deliver all training programs across the organization. You will align with the QI team to identify training needs, develop materials, and ensure documentation and evaluations are current with applicable regulations.

The role requires strong organizational, writing, and communication skills, with experience in DHS/OTDA/HRA contexts and a track record of managing multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in the homeless services field.
• Previous experience working as a trainer is required.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Instructional experience in a group business setting preferred.
• Knowledge of DHS, OTDA, HPD, HRA regulations is preferred.
• Experience creating yearly training plans and materials for all departments.

Responsibilities

• Research curriculum actively and remain up-to-date on developments within the industry and competitors.
• Conduct trainings both on site and virtually.
• Maintain an active role on the staff development leadership committee.
• Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training.
• Track and monitor training completion across the network.
• Provide monthly reports on training completions and supportive follow ups.
• Assist in the development and facilitation of compliance related trainings.
• Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
