Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in OASAS program, preferably in residential settings.
• 5 years’ experience in managerial positions.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Operations Aides, ensuring proper staff performance.

• Maintain inventory of supplies for facility.
