Job summary

Acacia Network in Brooklyn, NY seeks an experienced Program Director to oversee all program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive outcomes across services for the homeless and other populations.

Under the Program Administrator, you will lead staff, manage contracts, monitor budgets, and develop content to meet ADL, time management, and federal/state requirements while maintaining high quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years experience with homeless or special needs populations.
• 5+ years in a managerial position.
• Valid NY LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC preferred.
• Experience in staff training and development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, including service delivery and contract compliance.
• Provide leadership and supervision to all staff.
• Hire, train, and evaluate program personnel to meet goals.
• Monitor fiscal condition and reporting for regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate program activities to meet contract performance targets.
• Ensure regulatory standards compliance and quality assurance.
