Job summary

symplr is seeking a Customer Training Consultant to design and deliver best practice training programs for Workforce solutions. You will educate internal and external users through on-site training, e-learning, quick reference guides, and virtual sessions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead needs assessments, and act as a subject matter expert while developing documentation and knowledge bases. Travel up to 25% is required for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least two years of training, teaching, or instructing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation and consulting abilities.
• Experience guiding clients through change processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing or compliance is a plus.
• SaaS training experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs and tools for symplr Workforce.
• Coordinate training activities for clients and internal teams across on-site, e-learning, and virtual formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather needs and feedback on curriculum delivery.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and maintain training documentation and knowledge bases.
• Advise on best practices to integrate symplr solutions with client business processes.
• Travel up to 25% to support client engagements and training delivery.
• Partner with Instructional Design and Learning Technology teams to review curricula.
