Responsibilities

• Researches current trends in the topic area, shares with client partners, and synthesizes findings to support learning objectives
• Remains current on industry trends and developments
• Helps to assess and provide feedback regarding associates' acquisition of knowledge and skill at the completion of training
• Recommends additional self-development or training activities to promote skill development
• Designs learning items based on accurate, current information consistent with sound theories and principles of adult learning
• Assesses and meets the professional development level and characteristics of target audiences
• Writes learning objectives based on participants' level of knowledge and area descriptive of desired outcomes
• Chooses the appropriate instructional methods and materials for the proposed learning objectives
• Develops measurable learning objectives and evaluates audience understanding during and after training
• Delivers training using varied methods and media for the stated objectives
• Facilitates experiential learning activities with clear instructions and ongoing feedback
• Connects learning points by building on prior concepts and reinforcing overall objectives
• Utilizes technology and communication strategies to reinforce learning and provide follow-up, coaching, and reinforcement
