Job summary

Scorpion is seeking a Training Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs for Customer Success, focusing on onboarding and skills training for Marketing Assistants and Account Managers. You will train on our technology suite and digital marketing concepts to help client-facing teams ramp quickly and consistently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, or Learning & Development experience.
• Familiarity with LMS, Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office 365; CRM tooling a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles.
• Facilitate sessions in person and virtually with coaching from senior team members.
• Create and maintain training content for Scorpion tech suite and digital marketing channels.
• Administer LMS learning paths, scheduling, enrollment, and completion tracking.
• Gather feedback, assessment results, and quality scores to refine content.
• Collaborate with AMs, Directors, and support teams to keep content current.
