Job summary

symplr is seeking an Employee Growth & Development Specialist to design scalable learning initiatives using adult learning principles. The role includes on-site and virtual training, collaboration with HR and leaders, and ongoing program optimization.

Required: a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years creating employee learning programs, plus 5+ years in leadership development. Travel up to 25% and a remote-office setting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years creating and administering employee learning programs, with 5+ years in leadership development.
• Experience supporting AI enablement initiatives (adoption, change management, training).
• Experience using adult learning theory in program development.
• Ability to set goals, objectives, and metrics for learning programs.
• Strong reporting skills for leadership and executives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with curriculum development tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning, HR, and leaders to design scalable employee growth training and learning lifecycle.
• Curate and customize courses to meet tactical and strategic objectives and audience groups.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual training experiences for internal teams.
• Develop and continuously improve training programs to keep up with technology and methods.
• Communicate leading practices for internal learning programs and outcomes.
• Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements; provide leadership with metrics.
• Facilitate core-skills development and leadership training.
• Stay informed on symplr products to curate product training into growth paths.
• Grow knowledge through training, research, and collaboration; optimize department procedures.
• Travel up to 25% as needed; work in a remote office-based setting.
