MAI Animal Health-Genesis in Elmwood, WI is seeking a Tradeshow Coordinator/Customer Service Assistant to plan and coordinate domestic and international trade shows and support the sales team with customer inquiries. In this role you will manage registrations, travel arrangements, prepare materials, update databases, and assist with reports while maintaining professionalism and a client-focused approach.

Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and ERP systems, strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Technical Degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum one-year administrative work experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to utilize an ERP system to manage business and assist teammates.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and enable domestic and international trade shows.
• Manage event registrations and travel arrangements as requested.
• Support marketing, business development and staff with event materials (promo items, banners, tents).
• Track inventory of promo items and event signage; arrange shipping as needed.
• Prepare data entries, edits and reports for the department.
