• Lead and be accountable for all aspects of technology delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Apply software engineering knowledge to support technology strategies.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and align product architecture across IT services.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; define schedules, milestones, and scope.
