Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical program management experience in a related field.
• 3+ years delivering technology solutions in life insurance with New Business/Underwriting exposure.
• Familiar with life insurance regulatory concepts and product change impacts.
• Proficient with Agile and SDLC methodologies and related tools.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SDLC for initiatives supporting John Hancock priorities, from initiation to post-launch support.
• Lead technology delivery ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Apply software engineering knowledge to support technology strategies.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and coordinate requests with IT service areas.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and define milestones and scope.
• Foster an inclusive culture of collaboration and productivity.
