Manulife/John Hancock in Boston seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives across New Business and Underwriting. You will coordinate with business leaders, product owners, underwriters, operations, and vendors to translate priorities into executable roadmaps.

You will oversee SDLC, manage scope, budgets, risks, and release readiness while ensuring security, regulatory, and customer commitments.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of technical program management experience in a related field.
• 3+ years delivering technology solutions in life insurance, with New Business and Underwriting exposure.
• Familiarity with life insurance regulatory concepts and product change impacts.
• Experience with API integrations and regulated environments; strong communication.

• Oversee the full SDLC for initiatives that support John Hancock Insurance priorities.
• Lead technology delivery with initiation, planning, execution, and post-initiative review.
