Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business or related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing, PM, materials, logistics, QA, marketing or engineering.
• Experience with combination products and/or medical devices preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, negotiations and project management skills.
• Excellent program management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and regulatory/compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between AbbVie and Third-Party Customers or Manufacturers.
• Travel to TPM/TPC sites and build productive working relationships.
• Interface with executive management at TPMs and TPCs.
• Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled and resolve issues.
• Assess TPM capacity against forecasts to meet strategic objectives.
• Negotiate new and extended contracts and establish performance metrics.
• Maintain contract information in the contract database and track milestones.
• Provide forecasting information to TPMs for launches.
• Develop a TPM Capability and Due Diligence Database.
