TPM Account & Contracts Manager

Job summary

AbbVie seeks an experienced professional to manage Third Party Manufacturing relationships and contracts. The role interfaces with TPMs and internal AbbVie teams to ensure timely supply and strategic alignment, including capacity analysis, forecasting, and contract extensions.

The candidate should have a BS/BA in a relevant field with 5–8 years of experience across manufacturing, program management, logistics, or related areas, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Science, Engineering, Operations, Business or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years experience in Manufacturing, Program Management, Materials Management, Logistics, QA, Marketing, Business Development or Engineering.
• Demonstrated success in financial analysis, negotiations and project management.
• Excellent Program Management, Presentation, Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and understand regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between AbbVie and Third Party Customer or TPM/TPC sites.
• Travel to TPM/TPC sites to understand capabilities and customer needs.
• Interface with executive management at TPMs and for TPCs.
• Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled and resolve issues.
• Analyze TPM capacity vs. forecasts to meet strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities to in-source or out-source products for AbbVie.
• Negotiate new contracts and extensions with Third Parties; establish clear performance metrics.
• Maintain Third Party Contract information and track milestones.
