Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing, program management, materials management, logistics, QA, marketing, business development or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between AbbVie, TPMs and TPCs.
• Travel to TPM/TPC sites and understand TPM capabilities and needs.
• Ensure contract commitments are fulfilled and resolve issues.
• Assess TPM capacity against long-range forecasts for objectives.
• Identify sourcing opportunities and consolidate work among TPMs.
• Negotiate new and extended contracts and establish performance metrics.
• Maintain contract data and track key dates and milestones.
• Support launches and transfers for products and devices.
