Emploive in San Francisco, CA seeks a Total Rewards Manager to lead strategy, governance, and administration of compensation and benefit programs, aligning with business goals and workforce needs. You will manage a team and partner with operations and talent to translate market intelligence into practical programs that attract, retain, and engage employees.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of total rewards experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience supporting multistate, diverse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of health/welfare, retirement, leave, compliance and administration.
• Knowledge of market pricing, salary structures, job evaluation, and analytics.
• Experience leading compensation and benefits cycles, cross-functional projects, vendors, and issue resolution.

• Lead total rewards strategy and governance with cross-functional partners.
• Translate strategy, workforce needs, feedback, regulatory developments, and market intel into program recommendations.
• Develop business cases and executive-ready recommendations addressing competitiveness, cost and risk.
• Establish governance, service standards, controls, and measures across the portfolio.
• Oversee health, welfare, retirement, leave, and well-being programs and annual enrollment.
• Manage plan administration, eligibility, carrier issues, and post-enrollment reconciliation.
• Lead annual compensation planning, surveys, and salary guidance; ensure internal equity.
• Own recurring total rewards reporting, dashboards, and data quality; provide decision support.
