• Significant experience leading a compensation/benefits organization.
• 5+ years in a management role with HR partnership.
• Experience designing total rewards aligned with business strategy.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in Workday and advanced Excel/analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees compensation, health, retirement, and incentive programs.
• Leads salary structure updates and market data analyses.
• Supports union wage/benefit negotiations and proxy disclosures.
• Partner with CHRO and executives to align rewards with strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage vendor relationships.
