Job summary

You will manage benefits programs, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance, partnering with Finance and Talent Acquisition to optimize pay strategies and reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years in Total Rewards with ownership of compensation and benefits.
• Experience designing salary structures, pay ranges, and incentives.
• Experience overseeing benefits programs and vendor partnerships.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably ADP Workforce Now.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Total Rewards strategy including compensation and benefits.
• Design salary structures, pay ranges, and job architecture with benchmarking.
• Own annual focal increases and incentive plans.
• Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and analysis.
• Oversee benefits programs (medical, dental, 403(b), leaves, workers’ comp).
