Job summary

Atlas Technical Consultants seeks a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation, benefits, retirement, and related programs. This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, scalable, and aligned with workforce strategies.

As a trusted adviser, you’ll deliver data‑driven insights, manage vendor relationships, budgets, and continuous improvement across total rewards, including mobility, taxation, and immigration considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
