Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess, design, and support the implementation of logistics solutions that improve client business models. You will lead deal-cycle activities, price complex multi‑mode service offerings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce client-ready documentation and presentations.

The role requires strong consultative selling, supply chain expertise, TMS implementation, and project management.

Qualifications

BS degree in business or related field.
MBA preferred if Bachelor’s degree is not in business or related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
Minimum 4 years of complex, consultative solutions experience.
Direct consulting experience of transportation, logistics, and/or TMS at the C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

Communicate Transportation Insight’s value and differentiators to clients and partners.
Gather client requirements and identify key value drivers for improvements.
Assess current state and document future state to propose best solutions.
Coordinate internal resources and ensure timelines are met across teams.
Develop a solutions strategy and pricing inputs for proposals and demos.
Assist sales during demonstrations of technology platforms to help close deals.
