Job summary

Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to assess, develop, and support implementation of logistics solutions. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to design profitable client-specific solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain fields, strong consultative experience, and the ability to price complex multi-mode offerings.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field.
• MBA is preferred if the Bachelor’s degree is not in business or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Supply Chain management related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of complex, consultative solutions experience.
• Direct consulting experience of transportation, logistics, and/or TMS at the C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate Transportation Insight’s value and differentiators.
• Gather client requirements and drivers for value-based improvements.
• Assess current state of client’s supply chain and document findings.
• Coordinate assessment processes and timelines with internal teams.
• Develop solution strategy with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Assist in pricing strategies for service offerings and demonstrations to close deals.
