Job summary

Transportation Insight is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help assess, design, and implement logistics solutions that enhance client business models. You will lead evaluations, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide the deal cycle with strategic thinking and strong business acumen.

The role requires priceability input for multi‑modal service offerings, and close partnership with sales, product, and implementation teams to deliver profitable solutions.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of complex, consultative solutions experience.
• Direct consulting experience in transportation, logistics, and/or TMS at the C-Suite level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Transportation Insight's value and differentiators as a logistics partner across all modes.
• Gather client requirements and key value drivers for supply chain improvements.
• Assess prospects' current supply chain program by documenting current state.
• Coordinate the assessment process and ensure timelines are met.
• Develop a solutions strategy with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Facilitate prospect strategy meetings and coordinate internal resources.
• Document future solutions for presentations and documentation.
• Contribute to pricing strategies for service offerings.
